The leadership team are always available, very knowledgeable and very friendly.
They are nice and freindly
Good but could use improvement, still lot of discrimination here but better than what it was

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work and lift eachother up and help eachother when we have downtime. I also like that we sometimes have side chats about our day or the weather

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the positives are we have an on-site HR leader, on-site ergonomics, and we have a team player attitude and open door policies.

I liked the asked about scenarios and how I would deal or have dealt with certain situations. I also likes their personability and openness to be able to talk about saftey and orientation

I like the straight forward expectations
I interview with phillips not molex
No questions about where i see myself in 5 years and other strange things.
simple, easy application process, not much waiting
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to go in on my shift and do a great job everyday. Every decision I make counts for my team and the customers we are producing for. I like to send out quality parts and to know we are making the customers of our company satisfied
