Interviews continue to work while interviewing candidates. They don't pay attention and don't turn on their camera.

Interview process should be standardized even the candidates are referred by senior stakeholders or leadership team

Interviewers were never on time. They never turn on the camera in the interview and each round is more boring than the one before.
