When don't get good opportunities to grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Got a good team, who is also struggling with me. Most of my other team members left already because of bad culture in HR team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop using cuss words. Start respecting each other. Instead of shooting down each other, learn to communicate ideas effectively.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Interviews continue to work while interviewing candidates. They don't pay attention and don't turn on their camera.
Interview process should be standardized even the candidates are referred by senior stakeholders or leadership team
Interviewers were never on time. They never turn on the camera in the interview and each round is more boring than the one before.
