There has been a lot of change since I started and some of it is still being gotten used to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are nice overall. The chance to have company stock after being employed for some time is nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall the environment is positive and I feel like there is a sense of camaraderie among the people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like my manager is very good at creating communication opportunities and tries to push the envelope in a good way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the work I do help in creating a better overall product and being able to contribute meaningfully to the development of a beneficial product.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The meeting question is too binary. Some meetings are effective and some aren't. More are than aren't though. I think my coworkers are fairly upbeat and make the environment I work in very pleasant.
