Everyone seems willing to help each other without making everything a competition. No one seems to fear helping someone will be a detriment to them.

The meeting question is too binary. Some meetings are effective and some aren't. More are than aren't though. I think my coworkers are fairly upbeat and make the environment I work in very pleasant.
