New grad RNs at other hospitals in our area start out making hourly what I currently make with 4 years of experience.

Better health insurance. Better bonus structure.

Pay salaries comparable to other hospitals. Better insurance plans.

Being paid what other companies offer

Executives do not care about employeees only about buying more hospitals and adding on more patients to already overworked staff

Bonuses at Piedmont are very small for employees, but as your go up in management, quickly approach "Wall Street" levels.

The salary isn't comparable to the market. The bonus for non-management employees is a joke. The benefits are very lackluster.

The management team does not care about the employees. They do not invest in building up the teams. The managers hired in my team are purely based on personal relationships or as favors, but not based on merit or ability.
