Learning and growing my skillset and learning about the healthcare industry.
Making it through the day by not getting targeted by management. being treated with respect and as a professional.
Working from home (thanks to the pandemic) and some learning opportunities.

helping patients and there families
Can work in an independent manner.
Getting to help others, educating them in someway. Encouraging them to let them know their equipment is a priority to get fixed.
Everything. They wont improve. They fund ways to make things worse
Management does not provide any real leadership. Hardly anyone knows what's going on, and it's only in the silo that impacts them. The overall direction of our team and it's contributions to the company are not clear.
Very competent and high-functioning teams aligned to common goals.
Adequate resources allocated to teams that need additional support.
