Listen to your employees we they complaint about manager. When we lose over 50 employees in one year. Its not the department. Its management.

Communicate with your staff. Tell your expecations. Learn how to do your job.

Leadership to centered around hiring friends and not qualified candidates, especially in management.

Being leaders and communication and lead by example.

Stop finding ways to abuse employees and stop overworking them. Not safe for patients. Pay is dismal and staff are constantly leaving for better paying jobs that will not overwork them

The leadership team for the area is work in, is comprised of people who were friends of someone. They were not hired because of their professional skillset or work experience.

Treating employees like people instead of livestock.

Providing leadership and vison for the path forward.

Checking on people in high stress jobs
