Care about employees health and wellbeing when they are crying and begging for time off
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team has quit. I am one of the few left and my boss doesnt talk to us if we say we cant work extra or take an extra patient or train someone. She doesnt talk to us for weeks at a time
