My immediate team members are the only positive thing about working there. Hard working staff but corporate could care less

Executives do not care about employeees only about buying more hospitals and adding on more patients to already overworked staff
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop finding ways to abuse employees and stop overworking them. Not safe for patients. Pay is dismal and staff are constantly leaving for better paying jobs that will not overwork them
