Piedmont Healthcare Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Large majority of tem is highly experienced

Our team pushes through considering how short staff we are. But CEO Denise Ray believes its US that dont want to work. Its more like we are worked to death, and no appreciation. But dont ask for a raise. They will shut you diwn. No consideration.

the nurses on my team offer great teamwork

Teamwork is at its best. Moral support and helping each other get through the staffing crisis physically and mentally.

Some really good and knowledgeable people to work with.

Some great people on the team who work hard and make an effort to help each other.

Hardworking and dedicated team members.

Most members of my team are good team players

My immediate team members are the only positive thing about working there. Hard working staff but corporate could care less

Collaborative and great at their jobs.

Review from Operations Dept

High level of experience and willing to teach

Good teamwork and meaningful interactions.

Work face and foster new members

My team has a number of people who work hard and help build up other team members.

Most of the team has quit. I am one of the few left and my boss doesnt talk to us if we say we cant work extra or take an extra patient or train someone. She doesnt talk to us for weeks at a time

we stick together and help each other out

The staff was awesome but the management was terrible the nurse and techs believed in team work

The cooperation and the respect they show toward each other.

We listen and come to conclusions without a fight.

Everyone is a family here,

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Try something different because 60% of the people are leaving after 90 days

Piedmont pits the employees against each other in some teams. This is mainly caused by managers who are not qualified for the jobs they hold, so playing the employees against each other prevents the employees from uniting against unfair management practices.

It's not the coworkers. It's how management silos the coworkers.

Better leadership within the department. Childish behavior goes un noticed
