What do you like best about the leadership team?
How nice they are to me.
I have never been treated with such courtesy by any company previous, understanding, positive, and understanding. They strive to keep the good apples. The bad ones dont seem to stick around long
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
grow up, stop being petty, silly and childish; focus on the children in the district and our jobs
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental insurance is the best in my opinion

I feel valued greatly here at pike
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are given the opportunity to plan our work as best decided by our team, no time pressures and the system rewards production
We are open minded and we work hard as a team everyday and the results are outstanding me and my men are excited for work everyday

I love what I do and I just want to keep getting better
Always looking forward to get up and build powerlines everyday
