I've managed 2 companies. Interviews are easy. Especially if you need help so bad. I sat for about a hour until a tour. In all it was about 2.5 hours for an interview. In my past experience it wouldn't have been acceptable. There are way too many employers needing help to do that

Best you actually do an interview you take about of the plant first. Then they interview you. The interview was like having a conversation and not a interrogation like most companies. They want to put you on a position that you are the most comfortable with so you can do your best work.
