We focus on fixing issues rather than attributing blames.
Safety is a condition. We do not work if it is unsafe. People are first.
My department is full of people who don't mind teaching new people
It is great to be rewarded for having a good safety record. I will have to say for a worker who has been with this company for almost 23 years. Pilgrims has started to recognize their employees for their accomplishments.

That's hard! There is not much positive. I guess the positive would be the pay, people at the gates,people that are there to check temperatures EVERYTIME you walk through. One or hopefully two people that actually care to tell you where you need to be because everyone else takes it
EVERYBODY GETS ALONG AND HELP EACH OTHER. WE HAVE A VERY POSITIVE ENERGY IN HERE
Everyone is always smiling and acknowledge each other regardless of whether you know that person or not.
