They would need to offer millions in restitution, to compensate for extortion of an engineer, by a legal representative!

The pay should equal the cost of living.

Aggression and bullying from management need to end. Value people more for the work that do, make place less stressful.

Feeling under valued because no one took the time to properly train me. It's as if I was thrown into the deep end of the ocean without a life preserver! More pay for the job you're expected to do

Higher more competitive pay wage reflect the work performed involving consistent raises for everyone not just human resources and management. Plus paid benefits and and stock investment options provided by company not just optional and costing team members (employees) more than if privately acquired

I've managed 2 companies. Interviews are easy. Especially if you need help so bad. I sat for about a hour until a tour. In all it was about 2.5 hours for an interview. In my past experience it wouldn't have been acceptable. There are way too many employers needing help to do that

Too much of a focus on production by management that they push the labor force to the point to resenting them and can never change that perception of them. So they accept it and also the favoritism shown to certain individuals makes everyone else despise management cause a bad work environment
