Do they drug test at all there?

Yes, but only for employees directly involved with pharmacy operations for DEA compliance reasons. Engineering, marketing, finance, and sales do not have drug tests.
Do u take work home?

How does your team start your mornings?

With a daily scrum meeting. My team is mostly late risers, so some of us get work done before standup.
