What does the leadership team need to get better at?

More accountability for the horrible things that are happening in your org and not just 'saying' that it's going to get fixed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's simple-fire the men who are making it a horrible place to work instead of letting go if highly talented people who are whistleblowers.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most of the teams are nice people. Anyone that has come from Microsoft thinks that the old school ways of rank and yank are how to motivate people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Myself and dozens of others on my team and in other orgs have gone to HR to explicitly talk about how and why it's a boys club and within weeks these people have either been fired, publically shamed, or put on development plans and ended up quitting. It's no secret that nothing is going to get fixed
