What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to eliminate the buddy system, and renew the discipline throughout the entire company as it is if you have a friend in management you can get promoted ,get raises and rules do not apply to you,
the poorest leadership I have ever seen . unfair, and not qualified for their positions. BUDDY SYSTEM , promotions are baste on who you know, not what you know.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we could have a complete management replacement
if we were given stock options

the training team has no first hand knowledge of what they teach. I my opinion are not qualified for the positions they are in.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
get rid of the buddy system and treat all employs the same with the same rules that are not enforced unless you are someone they do not like
there is no loyalty, to the company its all about (ME)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there is no discipline in the company and they are discriminating against anyone over 50 years old. get rid of the buddy system and apply the rules to everyone and apply them
The buddy system is destroying the company. There are a lot of unqualified personnel in key positions. Nepotism is also a very big problem. Put all that to gather and you can only image where moral is. Human Resources needs to be more involved in promotion and hiring.
