they need to eliminate the buddy system, and renew the discipline throughout the entire company as it is if you have a friend in management you can get promoted ,get raises and rules do not apply to you,
the poorest leadership I have ever seen . unfair, and not qualified for their positions. BUDDY SYSTEM , promotions are baste on who you know, not what you know.
there is no discipline in the company and they are discriminating against anyone over 50 years old. get rid of the buddy system and apply the rules to everyone and apply them
The buddy system is destroying the company. There are a lot of unqualified personnel in key positions. Nepotism is also a very big problem.
Put all that to gather and you can only image where moral is. Human Resources needs to be more involved in promotion and hiring.
