    Piper was in trouble in 2001, the employees took a 6% pay cut, now in 2017 I am 1% to the good. in sixteen years we have had 7% pay increase. unless you are in the right click.

  • Almost daily, their term is flexing. Mainly you have completed your job, now go and do someone else's job. The good workers are abused, While the lazy are not held accountable

  • its a Buddy system at piper. If you are the Buddy of the right person in management you will receive promotions and pay increases if you are not in the click then good luck getting anywhere at Piper

    Remove all the management and replace them

  • I would remove several directors, managers, and supervisors that are not qualified for their position. I would remove the buddy system. and only hire personnel qualified for their position .

  • Morale is the lowest I have seen. The favoritism, buddy system, and nepotism are the major promotion path. People who are really qualified for positions are not getting them. And it appears age has a lot to do with promotions. the older you are the less likely you are to be promoted

  • Average 10 hour days and a lot of weekends. But it is never enough for management. Management tries to threatened to put the team on mandatory overtime. Oh not mandatory ( Required)

  • Most could care less about the company, or it's goal. It's all about themselves. But that's mostly generation Y & X . The older works realize that if the company meeting it's goal, they will have a paycheck next year.

  • horrible, most leadership is in position due the buddy system. There is no set standards company wide. what is permitted in one department may not be in another. And a lot of favoritism
