What do you like best about the leadership team?
Super approachable as people, but they make a lot of decisions without thinking of the impact on the rest of the company.
The leadership team is accessible to anyone at any level in the company. I feel like they're working side by side with us towards achieving our goals. They are busy, but never seem too busy to chat with me.

Terrible leadership. They’re dishonest, don’t take ownership

No cost of living increases, and people are expected to do the job they want to be promoted for before they get promotions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some really smart folks at this company.
Lower level employees tend to be really good. They know their stuff and work hard.
We work hard, and we like and respect each other.
They listen to one another and most importantly they listen to our customers. Every person is an expert in their own domain.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Healthcare benefits are great and paid for.
The company has free food and a lot of fun events to keep employees from looking under the hood at the corruption of the leadership,
it is open, clean, light and lots and lots of snacks!
Happiness. Everyone is helping one another, no bureaucracy, a lot of transparency, great collaboration between the teams
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the CRO and CEO
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview questions are directly related to the role at hand - not a lot of "filler" questions.
They took the time to get to know me, not just quiz me on situations, accomplishments, or my resume. They wanted to understand how I think about things, what my values are.

Having time and efforts be respected by the team.
The people I get to work with. They're talented, friendly, and supportive. I haven't met a single person at Pipl that I don't enjoy working with.
