This could be once again what it was. Company needs to fire personnel before the "Bad Apples" cause the company the contract. RSAF sees what is going on and is not happy about it. The leads do not see it and think everything is great.

Your going to have to look at what is making other companies like Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman more successful. Train your guys better, the jobs are too relied on experience and hoping everyone knows what they are doing. Even the larger companies still go through training regardless.

Leadership tells us that customers speak negatively about the contractors but dont provide that same perspective in person. Need honest feedback and customers to include MALS need to understand what our contract states what we can do instead of expecting we do all maintenance.

Supervisors on both shifts need to be on the same page when it comes to pass downs. Supervisor should make it clear what the daily tasks are right away. Team lead should ALWAYS follow JTD and not perform any maintenance that isn't included in JTD just to statisfy the customers.

The manager we have is a terrible manager with no leadership and an im better than you attitude. And the fact that our bosses are invited to mingle with the singaporieans at all their events while we work their jets and have to avoid their even area is pretty demoralizing

The extreme "The customer is always right" mentality is causing alot of issues and employee turn over. Our guys get walked all over even when they are in the right. Also customer deviation from normal operating procedures causes alot of confusion and discontent.
