Typically, the work environment can be very poor. Demeanor of some employees cause disruption in morale. It seems that managers look as if they can manage this, but some employees don't get it. We work in a team-oriented work environment. In many cases, team cohesion is replaced by lack of mutual r

This could be once again what it was. Company needs to fire personnel before the "Bad Apples" cause the company the contract. RSAF sees what is going on and is not happy about it. The leads do not see it and think everything is great.

Management does not know how to manage time or people, we never get knteraction with managemnet, management does not have our back in a conflict with employer and management does not complete task or responsibilites kn a timley or proffessional manner.

Unappreciated, frustrated, unrewarding, second guessed and the most toxic work environment. Communication is always negative and reactive! You only see the Manager & QCI when something has gone wrong. A little positive interaction from the managers would be nice to see for a start.

Supervision on dayshift in charge of phase is some of the worst i have ever had in more than 20 years of aircraft maintenance! Mitchel Smith and Josh Mckinny are terrible supervisors that just try to flex their power and force what they want

The leadership team from top to bottom at MHAFB do not have interest in the employees and treat us unfairly. There is a big problem with a "good ole boys" club where they've all known each other for 20 years and complaints go nowhere because they just protect each other

Our management team both personnel side and production team need to quit acting like we're still in the military and treating people like we're replaceable. Also there is a distinct different between how the people who retired from the mil are treated vs. Those who didn't do 20 years

Getting rid of the good ol' boy club at the top would do the best. You have flight leads getting away with assault discrimination and harassment while getting cover from the top.

Your going to have to look at what is making other companies like Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman more successful. Train your guys better, the jobs are too relied on experience and hoping everyone knows what they are doing. Even the larger companies still go through training regardless.

Leadership tells us that customers speak negatively about the contractors but dont provide that same perspective in person. Need honest feedback and customers to include MALS need to understand what our contract states what we can do instead of expecting we do all maintenance.

Supervisors on both shifts need to be on the same page when it comes to pass downs. Supervisor should make it clear what the daily tasks are right away. Team lead should ALWAYS follow JTD and not perform any maintenance that isn't included in JTD just to statisfy the customers.

The manager we have is a terrible manager with no leadership and an im better than you attitude. And the fact that our bosses are invited to mingle with the singaporieans at all their events while we work their jets and have to avoid their even area is pretty demoralizing

The extreme "The customer is always right" mentality is causing alot of issues and employee turn over. Our guys get walked all over even when they are in the right. Also customer deviation from normal operating procedures causes alot of confusion and discontent.

All out leadership is stuck in their ways and believe we are still in the military. Also, Mitchell Smith does not listen to his employees and continues to ruin relationships in the work place.
