The corporate office, there are great workers & also workers that try to make others do their job but never get called out for it. They make work difficult for others with their refusal to hold their own accountability and go around procedures to get what they want and the raises they want.

My direct team at the corporate office is amazing and supportive. We are always willing to help each other and support our different views and styles of working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently, some departments at the CORP office have been trying to throw work on other departments causing more work for us and we are not being compensated for now doing multiple people/department jobs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager/director (at corp office) are supportive and always willing to help. The other directors and some of the executive team are not always willing to accept accountability and try to throw their own work on other people.
