Annual cost of living increases are greatly needed in San Diego County. It would be helpful to receive such a benefit.

The entire team is always incredibly communicative and ready to help. Various departments are able to help each other and cross collaborate with efficiency.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need better benefits, higher matching on our 401k, competstive salaries that arent a secret. People need tonudberstand why they are getting paid what they are and then adjust accordingly for experience and performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture used to be better than it is now. Prior to covid and working from home more often we used to have gatherings and events that brought us together and improved our culture, now not so much. The office does have s great open feeling that allows you to talk to anyone.
