My overall experience at PKL has been great mostly because I never would've had this opportunity as a veteran back home.

Most of us are military retirees and we share some of the same experiences.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the job that I do and love making improvements to make it better
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continue to seek out new contracts which could create more job opportunities for employees and hopefully they will fight to keep PKL's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As Americans in Saudi Arabia, we work hard as one team even during difficult situations and most of our Saudi counterparts are wonderful to work and associate with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with PKL (KSA) for eight years and have helped make our contract #1 in Saudi Arabia. Beleive me, PKL has done a lot for me and my family, but I know I deserve a better compensation for my efforts...not solely based on my position here.
