I have worked for PKL twice and both experiences were and are very positive

The experience is good, but being by myself and the RSAF not understanding what I can and cannot help them with is difficult at times.

Helping the RSAF move ahead in their goals.

They have always been there for me and seen my talent and put me in better positions to succeed.

I dont get much of a chnace to interact with other PKL emoloyees because i am in Riyadh by myself
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wasn't givem the chance to negotiate my new salary because i wasn't told that it was going to be included in the hazardous duty pay increase.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More Saudi holiday days during the whole time the Saudis are on vacation. For example, Eid and Haj. If the Sauids are off for the whole week, why aren't we givem that many holiday days instead of just three?
