My experience has been overall positive, I try to do my best to follow the set curriculum, my students are receptive. Some instructors in my section seem to make it up day by day with no evidence of training projects or a set path or plan for teaching , while this can be discouraging, I press on.

When the students are able to execute tasks well, and safe, with good results, and very little assistance from myself, or when the grasp the concept and are able to explain in detail showing they comprehend what's going on.
