Hectic, from day one it seems like I'm not a valuable employee, I feel watched like a hawk for the years I've been here by a system of QA that seems to just want to find a way to fire us. One year they cut our wages $10,000! Does this sound like a company you want to onboard with?

Acting on what we advise leadership, offer upgrade training and opportunities to advance such as sending us to conferences or classes to get higher certifications.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training us, setting us up for success, listening to us and taking action on what we are telling them, make opportunities for education and growth in our career fields, pay for higher certs, work to eliminate the over bearing monthly inspections by QA & QCI & Contracting & QA Airforce monthly.
