We all were experienced jet mechanics in the fleet and knows the ins and outs in maintaining jet engines

The most positive culture about our company is that we get respect from the navy. They look up to us.

The most positive about the culture at work is harmony. Without it, maintenance would be degraded and can put aircrew in danger.

They are the the real leaders that overlook and lead us to the right path in the smooth and excellent performance that we do everyday.

Most of us, but one, were former active duty USN jet mechanics and each of us know what to do when it comes to doing our work.
