We need F15 qualified people so badly that we hire just about anyone no matter how bad their attitude is!! Also since we joined the union our program manager and assistant have a hard time disciplining or firing anyone.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I really like working F-15's, and working hard to do a great job. Unfortunately their is very little discipline for our bad apples and it ruins the attitudes of the great workers at PKL.
