Cant really say I am happy other than the pay/benefits package. Direct leadership could care less about anything. When we try to make it better we get told not to. Had to figure out how to do everything on my own when I arrived in country. There is no process for improving this company.

I enjoy the interaction with the students.

I think the pay is great.

They let us be adults.

For the most part everyone gets along well on and off work.

The members that come here to work, work well together. The others not so much.
