Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I Love what I do, some of the ways people are are not to pleasant or who we have hired in the past and past site leads. I think in that aspect we are better, but some times its very draining to listen to peoples attitudes and what they feel the need to discuss or complain about.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Uhhhh, good question, its all over the place.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on work fighting machines.

Not sure at this time.

Good eye and dentist coverage.

Professional well being, inhouse maturity, being serious about the job we do. To much complaining all the time.

Need to be more professional and more focused on job at hand. To much drama and personal life at work place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
eye care and dental care even though I have to pay more to keep the dentist that I had. Having my own medical insurance fringe.
