In just under a year at PKL I have seen and felt more value and trust from leadership than the preceeding company. I have a much better working relationship with my leadership and feel I have been able to expand my stills tenfold since working with PKL.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are energetic, mostly positive and professional but not stiff with customers/ coworkers. We maintain a respectful culture within our team dynamic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our site has a fun, yet professional environment that welcomes our customers and coworkers. People are generally happy and lift each other when moral is low.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently I am being paid less than a subbordinate employee but was previously assured that PKL would provide a pay rate to Managers higher than their subbordinates.
What makes you most happy at work?
I recieve very few complaints from customers/ coworkers about their environment and interactions. I enjoy being able to share compliments and positive notions with my team about their services.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership values the feedback I provide them, keeps open lines of communication, and assist me in growing my abilities to lead my site effectively. Most inquiries are responded to quickly and with constructive feedback.
