At times it can be stressful due to circumstances with working and managing maintenance on aircraft. As far as my company I have no complaints.

We have a mixture of culture due to our working with another country. It makes it very interesting and keeps us diverse.

Our leadership team treats us like adults and trust each of us in our positions, and they trust each of us to get the job done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've been working with a lot of my coworkers for a long time including when we were in the Military together. So we all pretty much get along real well and relate to one another great.
