I have no complaints with the company other than insurance is pretty costly. I do not know the names of my PM or DPM, that information was never provided and I have not met them. My local manager is unexperienced and makes work days difficult. I do enjoy some of my coworkers very much.

My team gets along for the most part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do not know the executive teams names and have never met them. The best thing about my site team manager is that she is very friendly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager is too flexible and allows many to take advantage of her and she does nothing other than answer a few emails a day and talk. She takes long breaks with her subordinates and definitely has her favorites. Morale is very low.
