The management team is oppressive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My day is so full of work that i get zero down time while others who are at my pay rate or higher just wander around all day chatting.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually doing any work. The site manager spends her entire day either watching Friends reruns or away Vein her desk chatting with people. When asked to help a customer, she does not want to and the customer can tell. The asm spends the day on her phone as well but will gladly help when asked.
