We are all retiree's or prior active duty and know how military works and should work

Again all previous active duty military and know how the day to day feel should be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to work together, just need to get better at communication down to the lowest level.

We are all able to get a long. We are all (for the most part) previous military.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my specific job position, I could be paid at a larger amount than what I am making now.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I am making a difference and can work to ensure the Active Duty is able to perform the mission that they are tasked with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Re-do the PWS so the CBA can reflect certain positions as a separate entity vice group with or work centers when they should not be.
