What makes me happy is all the guys and girls that I work with is very great, positive and caring people. In these days and times that is what you need.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment is that it is positive fun and I just look forward to coming to work everyday. I work around a lot of caring people!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things I like about my team is all of them are willing and ready to help and join in to make sure all our jobs are done. They are very caring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I just wish I could get a lil more money than what I'm making, meaning if we could get bonuses or maybe a pay increase annually. I rather have a peace of mind than all the money in the world. So I am very grateful for my job
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love the most about my leadership team is that both of my supervisor help me in any area where I need their help. They are very flexible and caring. I don't have to be micromanaged, they tell me what they require of me and I do it above and beyond. I love my supervisors so much.
