Indont take and benifits from the company. They are too expensive.

Too many managers not enough workers. Mech 1s and mech 2s dont actually cotribute to our job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pkl thinks they are a bigger company than they are. The managment system is over engineered. I have worked for many other government contractors and never seen such issues with hr and corporate managment.
