My fellow coworkers always have my back. They know when I'm having a rough day or a good day. There's a unspoken bond I have with them that I appreciate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is very good! I'm thankful and appreciate the compensation I do recieve. I have noticed that over the years our career field has taken on considerable tasks that could raise our pay. Overall we still make outstanding pay for the amount of work we do.
