I think there should be a benefit pay wise as to the longer tenured enployees and the stock option benefits should be evenly distruibted

I tjink the stock options for older employees are not fair and the company retirement plan doesnt start till 5 years, other than that its good
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Theres a few bad apples that have a negative attitude that reflect it upon the reat but pretty common, the jnuon makes it hard to discipline
