My team has a great attitude. We (with the exception of a couple individuals) work hard to get a thank less job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living continues to out pace our pay increases. Can the company help us? My job is not the most glamorous, but it's important and we get overlooked in pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of work hard and care, some people just skate by and do very little. Worst thing is we get paid the same. I sure wish the DOGE crew would take a look at us.
