Less micro-managing when it comes to time.

My coworkers make it great. The job in itself is enjoyable as well.

They're all so friendly , we have fun, and are able to work together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The wage I am being paid isn't what it is supposed to be nor is it a liveable wage.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micro-managing the time clock. Unfairness when it comes to taking PTO/LWOP. Able to clock in up to 5 minutes early, but have to put your actual start time on your timecard. Unable to leave those 5 minutes early. Unable to stay a few minutes late at the end of the day if you are a few minutes late.
