We work really well together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is horrible, job description is very vague. People working in same office doing the same job are getting paid different amounts.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay should be higher, work descriptions should be provides. We jonestly have no idea what we are supposed to do and not supposed to do.
