overall, 16-year tenure, I have had good working experience. More recently as the company grew larger, temperament of new employees became more of an issue. My experiences now are less enjoyable the at the bveginning

They are fair in most instances and ae relatively consistant accross the board

Adopt a more professional demeanor. Conduct themselves with better decorum and respect for others within the work environment

the successes we experience with problem solving ensuring the flightline mechanics have what they need to be equally successful.

Generally, the work we do is important to the needs of the flightline operations. When we do our jobs well it reflects on the entire company as a whole.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Typically, the work environment can be very poor. Demeanor of some employees cause disruption in morale. It seems that managers look as if they can manage this, but some employees don't get it. We work in a team-oriented work environment. In many cases, team cohesion is replaced by lack of mutual r
