With inflation things are going up and not sure if that is being considered for compensation purposes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team could be better with helping to answer questions when those questions are being asked. If that lead doesn't know it's always nice to just receive an answer saying I don't know rather than not getting a reply at all.
