Many supervisors display favoritism and it has created a hostile, toxic work environment. My experience is PKL Services DEFINITELY has some issues they should work out.

Effective Communication on ALL levels!!!!!!!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate effectively with each other since we are not fortunate enough to have a leadership team (Mike Edmonson, Paul Turner, Eduardo Pena) to name a few; who do not know how to communicate effectively
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though $100,000 should be the minimum an employee is paid when working internationally (i.e Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.). Hazardous areas should equate to adequate compensation so PKL can show me that they "care about me"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ineffective communication favortism Hire people who are qualified and not just a retired E-8/9 with "military" experience. From my experience, these guys do not make the transition from military life to civilian life very well.
