Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I like learning new skills and have made friends. But the company does not listen to its employees. Sweeps things under the rug. Does not hold people accountable. Seems shady. The company is supposed to be there for its employees but it seems its just there for itself.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They are laid back for the most part.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Do not like manager/management. New management is needed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management, valuing of employees, less selfishness from leadership.

Terrible training, not anything to do most of the work day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are the lowest paid contractor at our base. The pay is laughable. Every position needs a raise.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to their employees, holding people accountable, specifically management. Too much is swept under the rug and not taken seriously.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Management needs to be better so myself and my coworkers can be better and actually want to show up to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

PKL is one of the, if not the lowest paying contractor on my base. With cost of living skyrocketing, it is ridiculous to be paid so low.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Investing in employees. Valuing them as a team member. Shoots down employees when they want to try and better themselves/move up in the company. Manager is very selfish.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We arent just co workers, but friends as well. We truly are a team. We want the best for eachother and are always willing to help one another to get the job done.
