to many changes, not enough discipline in work space, people acting like 2 year old's, people calling HR over stupid not really anything things. people getting away with things that would have been fired anywhere else.

pay is good, benefits are cheaper then most.

They need to grow up, come to work on time, quit acting like this is middle school. do your job 100%
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
people not being held accountable for being late, doing poor job and leaders threats and big talk but not following the rules themselves. HOSTILE work place. people worry about what's going to be said or not said everyday.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
listen to veteran seasoned workers about new hires, fire people after 3rd strike, allow more discipline for site lead. take union opinions and strong holds out of the picture. its killing the work place with bad leaders and disgruntled employees causing a hostile work environment.
