The first 75% of my time at the company was much better than the last 25%.

The hourly wage is the best part.

I feel the wage I'm paid is the best part.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Supervision could improve by actually observing who performs most of the work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

50% of my immediate team are hard working individuals that produce a consistent quality product the other 50% of them fall well short of that.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I feel there must be good leadership somewhere in the company for it to be successful I just haven't observed much of it on a personal level.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The majority of my co-workers perform high quality work and are motivated. The problem is the couple bad apples who do not pull their weight are never held accountable by supervision.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Observation of employes performance to be able to identify top performers from substandard performers would be a good start. Regular feedback based on observation at least annually so that employees would know how they were performing. Supervisors need to actually address problems with individuals.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers who think they still wear an active duty uniform and treat people accordingly. Need managers capable of thinking with a more civilian profit attitude when making decisions. Decisions need to be data driven and fair instead of solely based on a position of power.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The culture at the site I work at could benefit from having managers that are mentality capable of leaving old military based management practices behind and addressing personal problems on an individual level. Focus on and fix the people causing problems instead of punishing an entire group.
