Knowing that the guys i directly work with have my back even if supervision doesnt.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It seems like the workers look out for each other. We will all help get the job done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We mesh well and all have pretty much the same mind set of we are here to do a job let us do it and stop trying to add things on that you dont actually need us to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel after talking to people who have worked here for alittle that the company is not keeping up with inflation. As far as the benefits go im 100% disable through the military so i dont use any of the medical because it is pretty expensive and i am covered through tricare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far at this job i have noticed the supervision is very much stucknin the military mind set. They feelnthey can tell us to do whatever they want and just expect us to go with it. I feel the higher up you go at least at my location they look out for eachother and dont really care about the workers.
