I'm in a trying position, i need to balance decisions for a large group of people that work with us. I understand some decisions are not favorable, but those decisions I do make, are for the group in whole, not single people. So no, I'm probably not everyone favorite person.
What makes you most happy at work?
when we all work as a team, not as individuals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To me, watching the crewchiefs on the flightline, its everyone collaborates versus competing. We all understand why we are here and what to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everyone on this contract in PCV are WELL paid. The company ran a time period where they awarded us ESOP, some didn't get it, most did, but that is over the top for a company to do what they did for its employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to take time out of their own personal time to confront you, ask you how your day is going, and if you need anything. Lots of thankyous come from that office expressing how good of a job the entire team is doing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most all the coworkers are great, but it only takes a few to ruin it for the rest of us. We are paid to work 8 hours a day, but some, just a few, feel they are privileged and do not need to lift a finger to help out with the low hanging fruit items. This makes us all as a whole look weak. Grow UP!
